Troubleshooting in opening profile in settings

Hii , i am facing a problem in my profile in settings . I can’t access my profile. Whenever i try to open it or touch on it nothing happened. Why it is and why i cant use my apple id or i cloud . I will also atta h a pic of it please check it tell me the solution . Thanks …

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

  • Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
