Hi there, as of this week (Monday April 17th) I have not been able to create a new alias and delete an old one. I spoke to an Apple tech and they said the problem is Apple-wide and they are working on a solution. Does anyone have an ETA on when the issue will be solved? If you were given a work around until the solution is create, could you kindly share? Thanks!

We appreciate you sharing that you have already spoken and worked with Apple Support about this issue. While we understand wanting to know an approximate wait time for this to be resolved, we don't have that information.
If it has been a while since speaking with Apple Support, you could reach back out to them and see if they have an update that can be provided. Go to Apple Support.
