Alarm Sound

Asking Siri to set an alarm and she does it with the factory default sound but i want it the last one i set.

Change default alarm sound Changing the alarm sound MANUALLY works fine. However if you ask Siri to set an alarm, the default sound is used which is “Radial”. The system does not allow you to choose a different “default” sound. Here’s the workaround……. 1. delete all alarms(Siri can do this) 2. manually add an alarm using the sound you choose. 3. Continue to add an alarm for every minute of every hour(total of 1440 alarms). When you enter an alarm manually, the sound from the first alarm you entered will be automatically selected. Instruct Siri to turn off all alarms. Now when you ask Siri to set an alarm, the alarm you entered for the time you request will be used with the sound you chose. [Edited by Moderator]

Siri and default alarm When I set an alarm with Siri, why doesn't it use my last used alarm sound? I can set it manually, but after the last update when I ask siri to set an alarm, it uses a different sound. Is there a way to set the default sound another way?

It is correct. Mine does the same. When Siri creates an Alarm, the Radar (Default) ringtone is used, and not the ringtone you last selected. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or the intention - if so, the error has been there for a long time, so I think it's meant to be.
