Why can’t I put the ringtone I bought and tried downloading but won’t go to the contact I want it for

Ringtone just purchased wont download to my phone! New ringtone just purchased doesn't show up in my list of ringtones! I assigned it to a contact but not there. I went into Sounds& Haptics and it shows up in Download as "pending". First one I bought went to contact right away and does show in the list on my phone. Help

Can’t set my purchased ringtone as my ringtone I’ve tried going through the app there is no option to default it as ringtone, I’ve also reset my phone & went back into the settings it still wasn’t there. I tried to assign the song to a contact it still didn’t work…very frustrating and disappointing :[

I can find my ringtone purchase on Itunes app on my iphone but I can't find the ringtone to apply to a contact.
