Ted Lasso stream playback

I am having trouble playing the most recent episode of Ted Lasso (season3, episode 6). About half way thru it pauses and won’t continue. It says check my Internet but everything else (all other streaming etc) is working. Once it gets to that spot it won’t go anywhere else. Fast forward or reverse. Just stays there then eventually gives the message indicated above. Any suggestions? Started yesterday then came back to it today hoping for resolution but no.

  1. "In the Apple TV app TV app, navigate to Settings. 
  2. Go to Video Troubleshooting, select Start, then follow the onscreen instructions."

I, too, am unable to get past a certain point in season three episode six of Ted Lasso (24 mins remaining). I did the suggested troubleshooting, and there was nothing wrong. I still can't play this episode. I can't even fast forward through this glitch. I tried to watch episode seven and that's also giving me an error code. I hope you can resolve this issue. I'll try again next week.
