I have bought apple watch series 8 yesterday and I realized that it's haptic vibration does not work. Every settings seems to be right. I don't know what is the problem. I searched a lot on the web and test almost every possible OS solutions but none of them helped me. May be a hardware problem? Watch os version is 9.4

On Apple Watch you feel clicks when you turn the Digital Crown to scroll. To turn these haptics off or on, follow these steps:
1. Open the Set
tings appon your Apple Watch.
2. Tap Sound & Haptics, then turn Crown Haptics off or on.
3. You can also turn system haptics off or on.
Or, on your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, tap My Watch, tap Sounds & Haptics, then turn Crown Haptics off or on.

If you're still experiencing the same issue, try restarting your Apple Watch, followed by testing.

1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
2. Press and hold the side button until you see the power buttonin the upper-right corner of the display.
3. Tap the power button.
4. Drag the Power Off slider.
5. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
