LOST TABLE DATA ON NOTES

I added a new MacBook to my apple account a couple of days ago. Then when I tried accessing my notes, I realised the tables are empty. The tables in locked files are empty. Some of those tables store seed phrases to my crypto accounts. I have tried checking all my apple devices, it's empty on all of them. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing my notes on one of my devices but it didn't help. I tried logging in to iCloud online, same thing. Please help. It's very important that I recover the mnemonic
