Is there a fix or refresh to get the little icons back in Bookmarks? All I get is a little globe in front of each Bookmark. I've shut down & restarted, cleared cache.... Everytime I clear "All History" I loose these icons. Thanks

Those icons are stored in cache files....
visit the site will re-cache the icon.
Don't clear the cache / history.
