Just confirming, that’s not a joint savings account? It’s also possible they are getting an error from your bank. Many times the sending bank does a verification process. The two most popular methods are Plaid which has you log into you Apple Savings account. But from what I’ve been able to observe Goldman doesn’t support Plaid.

The other method is for the sending, but sometimes receiving bank to do two small deposits and then account owner reports the amounts of deposits. This is more confidential, but may require a few days to approve.

My best experience is to contact your savings account bank and see what they require and get a name and contact number. Once you’ve gathered a little information contact Goldman Apple Card support team with your information and move the process forward.

If you want to avoid all that be patient and contact Goldman first and see if there’s a technical issue.

Sorry J can’t help more.
