increase mouse scrolling and movement speeds

How can I adjust my mouse scrolling and movement speeds on a MacBook? I've turned the scrolling speed all the way up already, but my cursor barely moves and the mouse wheel appears to only scroll one or two pixels.

scroll wheel on 3rd party mouse I’ve recently bought a new mouse for my MacBook, specifically the Logitech g502, everything else about it works fine, but the scrolling is inconsistent. the scrolling speed seems to bounce around a lot and I’ve never had this problem when using the Magic Mouse, is there a fix to this?
