The most frequent cause for fail to wake on Wrist Raise is accidentally setting Theater Mode. Bring your Apple Watch to life by tapping on the screen, then swipe up to display Control Center and look for the Actors' Masks icon. If it is orange it is activated, tap to toggle it Off
