Won’t charge
My iPhone 13 Pro is not charging, even though the “battery charge icon” is showing the electrical symbol, indicating it is plugged in successfully. I’ve tried multiple chargers.
Is it at least turning on with whatever charge is left? If it is, try a Force Restart (link below) and see if it helps.
If not or if it is dead, then you will need to take it to an Apple Store or authorized service provider. For some reason or other, there is a high probability that the battery has given up the ghost. If the phone is within the one-year basic warranty or AppleCare+ coverage, the replacement may be free.
