It would have to be an ARM version of Windows 11 that you run in a subscription version of Parallel's Desktop 18 Pro . That is the only solution currently sanctioned by Microsoft on Apple Silicon Macs. Apple does not provide Boot Camp for Apple Silicon Macs.

I have Parallels Desktop 18.2 Pro obtained from Parallels, but the Mac App Store version really is listed as 1.8.2. The App Store version is a 14-day fully featured trial before requiring a subscription. And there is this tidbit in the App Store notes:

You can now install Windows 11 as a VM using Parallels Desktop 18.
FWIW, you can also install Windows 11 using Parallels Desktop 1.8.2 from the App Store.
