I have tried to reset password and even tried to sign out of my phone XR and abandon the iCloud it says inactive
I can’t even try to reset the password to activate it
and i just swapped my phone that day
could that be the cause??
apple please help

i have done this a thousand things nothing gets me to talk to someone
they keep taking about me talking over the phone or chat
but I can’t find such an option
