My itune song list on my mac book was shared on my iphone SE (1st gneration) and iphone 6. Recently some of the songs (except for the ones purchased) disapppeared on the SE. I hear the old SE can no longer sync with Mac book itune? How do I recover the lost songs?

already tried all your suggestions previously but Mac could not find my SE. Bought Apple cables instead of using my Amazon ones (oops!) and now all lost songs recovered. Thank you so much for your help!

See Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support. iPhone SE and iPhone 6 should both be supported for syncing still.
