Log in to iTunes Store on TV
Anyone having problems getting Samsung TV to recognise my Apple ID when trying to purchase films?
Is your Apple ID useable and fully functional on other devices?
Do you have a payment method [1] [2] linked to your Apple ID account?
What happens when you try to make a purchase? Do you get an error message? What does that say exactly?
As a workaround, you may make purchases on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac, or PC with iTunes. The purchased titles there, would also be shown as playable in the Apple TV app Store/Library on Samsung TV, through the use of the matching Apple ID account.
