Voice commands for camera iPhone 14? (Cont'd)

Since posing my previous post, I enquired further via Siri which came up with the following from tribune.net and similar from ZDnet

''However, using iOS feature shortcuts, you can add the functionality to your Apple device. Open the Shortcuts app, follow through Gallery and search for a shortcut that says 'Say Cheese'. Users can customize the shortcut phrase and even change the camera it uses to take the photo."

However, when I opened the Shortcut app/Gallery, on both my iPhone and IPad, and looked through all the available Shortcuts and also did a search for 'Say Cheese, it wasn't there/didn't appear, so I got nowhere.

It's a puzzle that this definitive supposed solution doesn't work as indicated.

Any further ideas/suggestions from the Community will be appreciated.
