Just spilled a sticky blueberry smoothie on my keyboard. Is there any way to save it?

Possibly, but it would mean having it examined ASAP at either an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store before sugars have a chance to do irreparable damage.

Most Mac notebook computers that suffer a spill never fully recover. Anything liquid that is acidic is already doing very bad things to your logic board and other components.

The big issue is longevity of any repair/mitigation services. You many get the device professionally dried out, serviced, and running again, and still have it fail latter as unreachable amounts of liquid are still working over your expensive components.

First action: IMMEDIATELY notify your homeowners'/renters' insurance carrier of a potential total loss. That may be the only financial relief you get unless you have AppleCare+.

Get the device in for evaluation NOW before further damge is dome.

"Yes, but that wasn't my question. I want to know if there's anything I can do to salvage my computer. I'm not worried about the data."

Time for a New Logic Board or New Mac:

If it is on the keyboard, and there was no keyboard cover, then it has seeped on to the LogicBoard. There is nothing your can really do, but get a replacement, and that aline might cost you the price of a new Mac. so, that it to and AASP.
