How does support work when you can’t post questions?

A lot of the time I can’t post questions because by the time I hit submit I am told that my session has timed out. This is true even when I cut and paste the whole thing and hit submit within the first 10 seconds after logging in. It doesn’t matter how many times you try to resubmit, once timed-out means always timed out. This is crazy.
