MacBook Pro 2017 freezes screen shows blinking green pixels.

I have just bought a MacBook Pro 2017, it freezes no mater what I’m doing, I tried reinstalling the os. It freezes and sometimes the screen has green pixels, which some flash and some don’t.

it gets slightly warm, and if I try booting into a recovery environment it does the same thing.

Looks like a GPU issue which means the Logic Board is bad. To confirm, check to see if you have the same issue with an external display (best to enable mirroring to be sure if the external is Ok).

There is a slim chance that the heatsink compound needs to be replaced.

Edit: Either way, you will need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to confirm the problem and provide you with a repair estimate.
