Access to apple store
My Apple ID is correct but when I try to downlowd an app it shows a different apple ID, which ends with @icloud.com. This is different from the apple ID I have registered and log in

Are you the only person who has ever signed into this device? Usually this kind of things happens when tehre have been multiple users and they have not erased the device completely when they were finished with it.
In the support article: If you subscribe to Apple One and use a different Apple ID for iCloud - Apple Support Apple makes sideways reference to using a different Apple ID for media subscriptions and purchases but doesn't describe how to do this.
In iOS/iPadOS: Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Media & Purchases. Sign out of your current ID and sign in with a different one.
