How to fully wake AirPods Max up?

For the past two days I been having my AirPods max charged fully green but when I put them on I don't received a sign on my phone of what the percentage is at, no blinking, and even did factory reset many times so I don't know what is the issue does anybody know of how I can get this fixed?

Hi Bleach1460,

Do you see the battery percentage if you add a battery widget to your Home Screen? If needed, the steps below from the article here can help you test: Show the iPhone battery percentage - Apple Support

"Add a Batteries widget to your Home Screen

  1. Touch and hold the Home Screen background until the apps begin to jiggle.
  2. Tap the Add Widget button at the top of the screen, then scroll down and tap Batteries.
  3. Swipe left and right through the widgets to view the size options.
  4. The different sizes show different information.
  5. When you see the size you want, tap Add Widget, then tap Done.

See Add widgets on iPhone."

If you're able to see the status there test the steps in the section "Check the charge status" from the article here: Charge AirPods Max specifically, "When your AirPods are connected to your device, you can also go to Settings then tap the name of your AirPods near the top of the screen to see the charge status."

If that still doesn't work as expected reach out to Apple directly to report and further assist.
