Unable to see my apple id in system settings. Last couple of I am getting notification for "New Apple id settings" but not able process on click"Term & condition" or "Continue" button

Update My Apple ID Settings endless loop. I had a notice from System Preferences to Update My Apple Settings and requires me to log into my Apple ID. When I enter the ID and password, it just says continue, when you hit continue, it just prompts to continue. It never goes away. I can't use my ID.

As a first step, I'd recommend you boot into safe mode then boot back into your default account and try again.
