iPhone 14 Pro Error Saving H.264 Videos.

As shown in the attached image, that’s what I get when I try to save a video from Files to Photos.

My friend has the same iPhone and he doesn’t face this problem. We tried it on the SAME video files (tried small and large files sizes).

Solutions I tried:

1) Force closing photos app then reopening it.

2) Resetting my iPhone.

3) Updating iOS (multiple versions).

Nothing worked.

Any suggested solutions?

P.S. My current iOS version is 16.4.1 - updates have never fixed the problem

If you are experiencing an error while trying to save a video using the iPhone Photos app, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Videos take up a lot of space, so it's possible that your device's storage is full. Check your storage by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. If you're low on space, you can free up some by deleting old files or apps you no longer use.
  2. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will reset your device's settings to their default values without deleting any of your data.

If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact Apple support for further assistance.
