Are there shoulder straps for iPad?

Hello, is there a kind of device, i.e. a shoulder strap to go round your neck, so that you are free to move around and observe and take or make notes on your Ipad en route so to speak ?

I'm asking because I need a solution in connection with a yearly inspection of the houses in our shared ownership property, and I want to optimize the process through the use of an Ipad instead of old fashioned paperwork and instead digitalizing for environmental ( saving paper ) and distributing reasons.
