upgraded from 1st gen to 2nd gen airpod pros. Large tips pass the Ear Tip Fit Test but the left one feels loose. Large tips in 1st gen fit just right - 2nd gen large feels smaller.
Anyone else have this issue? Anything I can do? I don't see any XL ear tips...

It's possible that the 2nd generation AirPods Pro large ear tips are designed slightly differently than the 1st generation, which could account for the difference in fit. You may want to try adjusting the position of the earbuds in your ears or experimenting with different sizes of ear tips to see if you can find a more comfortable fit.
If you've already tried all of the available ear tip sizes and none of them feel quite right, you could consider purchasing third-party ear tips that are designed to fit the AirPods Pro. There are many different options available online, including some that are specifically designed to be larger than the official Apple ear tips.
Another option would be to contact Apple support and explain the issue you're having. They may be able to offer some advice or suggest a solution that you haven't considered yet.
