I am not able to access Consumer Reports on my iPad Pro

I have not been able to access consumer reports on my new 6th gen IPad Pro. Keep getting site not available messages. Any thoughts on how to proceed. CR says their web site is up and running.

Talked with CR consumer support and then gave up and just reset both username snd password, which solved the problem.
