Telegram problem

Yesterday, when downloading the latest version of Telegram, when I try to log in with a proxy, the program crashes, and it tells me that I can't enter the program at all, and I have to delete it, download it again, and then install it again, because I live in Iran. Do this for me. It is difficult and connects and disconnects from Telegram. Does anyone have problems with Telegram version 9.6, which was released yesterday?

Telegram App not Showing up in Settings "Notifications" List I use an Iphone 16 Pro. For some reason Telegram does not show under "Settings", "Notifications". Telegram not working on iPhone 11 I am finding that my new Iphone will not now allow my Telegram app to function. It used to work just fine on an older Iphone 7 and IOS, but my new Iphone 11 with the most recent IOS just turns it into a brick. [Edited by Moderator]
