Why is there no support in cycle tracking for perimenopause ?

Apple Health and the Menopause Why isn’t peri menopause or menopause a factor in cycle tracking on the health app? Breast feeding, pregnancy and contraception are but menopause is the one factor that EVERY woman has to endure so why do I feel let down by Apple? I feel like Apple are falling way behind with the menopause movement, recognising, acknowledging, talking about and accepting it.

Temp/Cycle Tracking on iWatch If I had a hysterectomy, can I still use the cycle tracking app to assess my hormone levels in order to optimize diet and exercise, or will I have to input a cycle start date each month? If so, for how many months will I need to do that?
