Phone numbers

Hello,

I just got a replacement phone and most of my messages +61 don’t recognise the person who sent me the message so I don’t actually know who it is unless I read through the message thread and work out who are years is there any way of correcting this is I haven’t go through all my contacts re-sent the names to the +61 number caller ID

Text messages going to husband old number even though it’s not saved anymore I tried texting my husband and it went to his old work phone, he doesn’t work with that company anymore so he doesn’t have that iPhone. I deleted that number from his contact, then when I tried texting his regular phone (non iPhone) it changed his number to his old work phone number and sent it as an iMessage. I tried turning off iMessage for an hour and restarted my phone, and I don’t have messages or contacts linked to my iCloud at all. Some random person who has that phone now is now getting iMessages from me and I can’t figure out how to fix it.

Retrieveing text messages I received a text message once a saw that I was unfamiliar with it, and did not trust who it was coming from I deleted and sent to junk My question is, can I retrieve that message so that I can get the phone number from which it came from on my iPhone SE6? Thanks in advance for your help
