Finding updates for Big Sur
Running Big Sur 11.7.3 on 21.5 inch 2019 Mac. Software Update runs forever checking for updates but never finds anything. How do I update to later versions of Big Sur or to a newer OS?

It should find and install the update to 11.7.6 which was released on April 10, 2023. You may want to contact Apple Support to see if they can help. Contact - Official Apple Support
