How do I get my mac to autofill my name, address, phone number, email, etc for all websites?

How do I get my mac to autofill my name, address, phone number, email, etc for all websites? My mac with Safari doesn't do this. I doesn't work as it had previously. I'm not sure if it was when I updated to Ventura 13.2.1 that this changed.

MacBook, macOS 10.13

Since you did not mention, I have to ask if your have all settings turned on in Safari > Settings > Autofill. Also when you click Edit on that setting, is the correct information displayed.

Some websites won't allow autofill, so in those cases it will never work.
