My iPad will not download to a high enough IOS to connect to Spectrum. My iPad says tap on download on he app page to have the iPad increase to a compatible IOS for downloading Spectrum TV. However, when I tap on download nothing happens. I checked with Spectrum and they say that this is an Apple Software problem and that Apple will be able to fix the problem. What do I do to fix the problem?

No. I have not had any problem with it.

So, what's the issue? How have you troubleshoot it, thus far?
