Found an Apple Watch
I recently found an apple watch, how do I go about finding the owner of it? If I can't find the owner is there anything i can do with it? Its locked btw.

Turn the watch over the the owner/operator of the site where you found it, or turn it into the police.
Apple uses very secure activation lock system that only the original owner can open. Not even Apple can override it. You will not be able to use the watch if unclaimed.
