I don’t think that is currently possible, unless deleting all of your watch history for the Apple TV app.

How do I turn OFF Apple TV? We do not use this feature. We tried it during a free trial and now I want to turn the feature off. I have been surfing the website for half an hour, and this is the second time I've tried this. I know no business is in the habit of making it easy to lose a customer, but at least make it possible? Not good business to have frustrated customers.
