Access blocked contacts IOS 17.0.3 I am not able to access blocked contacts. Setting—>Phone—>Blocked Contacts. once I press on Blocked Contacts the screen freezes. NB: iPhone 15 pro IOS version is 17.0.3.

New iPhone 13 is blocking random callers. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 and some of my contacts are getting a "blocked" message when they try to text or call. I have never installed a spam caller app, and I have never blocked these callers. When I go to the blocked call list, their numbers are not listed. They are also not listed as blocked in my contacts. How do I fix this? Do I need to reinstall the iOS and hope for the best? Does reinstalling the iOS revert my phone to factory settings? (In which case, how do I get all my info and apps back?) HALP.

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Restarting the device does not fix the problem.

Wiping the phone clear and restoring it does not resolve the problem
