iCloud + subscription from credit card
I am unable to do the subscription for iCloud+ as Apple asks to use another payment method.
earlier, it was successfully operational service till I register a complaint of a scam.

It sounds like your Apple ID might be disabled because you contested a charge with your bank.
If you need to report an issue with something charged by Apple, you'll want to contact Apple first to avoid having your account disabled.
