If your carrier provides a Hotspot option with the service for you phone, you can find it by......
Tapping Settings on the Home Screen
Tap Cellular
Tap Personal Hotspot
If Personal Hotspot does not appear, then the hotspot feature is not included with your carrier's service. You might be able to add that feature by changing to another......and more expensive.....plan. Ask your carrier about this.
