Yes, all new Apple Watches come with USB C Charging cables. You can use your old Apple Watch Charger if you don't have a USB Charging plug. Or you can buy a USB C charging plug if you want to be able to use the newer, fast charging capability on your new watch.
The Anker Nano 20w USB C charging plug is about $15 and can be purchased at any BestBuy store or you can order one from Amazon. You can also buy a 20w charging plug from Apple for about $20.
Note: The older standard USB A charging method is now outdated and quickly, USB C is becoming the norm. If you buy a new iPhone today, it too will come with a USB C to lightning cable.
