iPhone update

The following will work if your iPad and your new iPhone are setup with the same Apple ID and you are using iCloud for contacts on your iPad.

Double Check the following setting on your iPad: Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top left) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Contacts: Ensure that this switch is set to ON. Then,

On your iPhone 14, open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Contacts: Set this switch to ON.

Complete the above actions when your iPad and your iPhone are connected to a Wi-Fi Network. You should see the contacts populate on your iPhone 14 in a few minutes from your iPad. Once the process is complete then the contacts between your iPad and your iPhone will be synced.

Which method did you use to download your contact information to your iPhone 14? Are all the email accounts properly setup on your iPhone 14? Do you use iCloud?

Are all the email accounts that were used on the old iPhone also setup and working on your iPhone 14?

I meant the email accounts in the Mail app. Are all your email accounts added successfully to the new iPhone that existed on the old iPhone?
