Change date created on a pdf

Hi,

I was able to change the date created on a pdf from the terminal. When I click Command + I on my laptop the date is changed, but when I send the pdf to someone else it shows the old date on their mac.

How to make the change permanent for everyone?

Date Modified is wrong Currently when I modify a file it says that the date modified is 30 November 1979. I have an iMac 2020 with the newest OSX. I zapped the PRAM but it still does it. Does anybody have this problem to?

FWIW, saving a copy of a PDF will change the created date to the date you made the copy.
