They can’t find you by searching your number. No one can find you unless you specifically authorize them to. You can see if anyone has access to your Apple ID→Checklist: If you want to see if anyone else has access to your device or accounts - Apple Support

That sounds like someone is logged in to your Apple ID. Follow the instructions here to reset your password — If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
