notifications are so broken in Ventura

Hi,

if I get a notification re icloud storage space, or even from my timer, there is no way to shut it off after it displays. No X in the corner, cant click on it. For example, the timer just keeps ringing until I restart my computer. There is no timer app running when I open Force Quit, yet the sound keeps playing without end. Has anyone else experienced this?
