Pictures and videos from texts/iMessages I have bulk deleted through the contact info tab keep coming back. Have deleted multiple times and they just keep coming back, even right after saying delete, going back one page and then going right back to all pictures and then there are all the pictures I just said to delete. Is there a way to stop this?

Try exporting your text messages to a MAc. See if they are then seen. Use my User Tip: How to Save or Print a Complete iPhone Messages Thread - User Tip
All my devices are connected, so I get my iMessages on my laptop (MacBook pro)... and oddly enough they all have different pictures that the others don't, that I have deleted multiple times and they all experience this same issue

Removing Photos from a Message Thread:
These photos are part of the messages thread. So, they cannot be removed from it.
