My iPhone says unavailable and I forgot my password can’t get into my phone

You will have to 👉 reset the passcode and the process will erase all data on the iPhone and set it back to factory settings. You will need a computer. If you do not have a computer then try and borrow one from a friend or take your iPhone to the Apple Store and see whether they are willing to help.

If you succeed to reset the passcode, then you may run into the Activation Lock during the setup. To remove the Activation Lock, you will need the original Apple ID and Password that was used with that iPhone. If you need help removing Activation Lock and have proof of purchase documentation, you can 👉 start an Activation Lock support request.

Troubleshooting a Locked iPhone:

Seems you have a locked iPhone. So, contact Apple Support. Refer to the following...

Hold It Right There!:

Enter the passcode incorrectly too many times, and you'd likely be locked out for good. So, hold it right there, and refer to this link: If you Forgot the Passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is Disabled - Apple Support. It would be the one you've always entered. If you do not know it, then look for it in a location you may have stored it in.

Have any Proof of Purchase?

Unless you have the original packaging and receipt, you may be out of luck. If you do have it, however, then take this to an Apple Store, or an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider)! and they may be able to restore it. The reason for this blockage is all about Security & Privacy.
