What should I do if I tried to reset and my beats are not showing up in bluetooth?

My powerbeats pro were not connecting to my phone through Bluetooth, but they showed up in the list of my devices. I followed the steps so that my iPhone would "forget this device" and now I'm trying to repair but it's not working. I hold down the power button on the case and the light isn't flashing like it's supposed to, and my devices are not finding it under "other devices" in Bluetooth. I'm not sure what I should do next, any ideas/tips would be appreciated!
