My account is disabled

Hi I am not able to download new Apps in my iPhone 11,it’s saying “your account has been disabled on iTunes…”please help me what must I do now?

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following specific link:--> Apple Support
