AirPods don't have a MAC address. They are not networked devices so, don't have an address used for networking such as the MAC address. AirPods connect over bluetooth.

They have a Bluetooth identifier which could be considered a Bluetooth MAC address, but since they don't connect to Wi-fi it's not something you have any use for since there is no place to see such an address to limit or allow them to connect like is usually done with MAC addresses on Wi-Fi routers.

MAC addresses are for networked devices. AirPods are not networked devices. They have a Bluetooth identifier. Which may be wrongly referred to as a MAC address.

If you are using bluetoothctl command on Linux you can do "bluetoothctl devices" to get a list of discoverable devices near the linux machine with heir respective Bluetooth identifiers.

Sorry you're being given these ridiculous and incorrect answers. Bluetooth addresses were not initially referred to as MAC address as a "Bluetooth MAC address" and competent folks will understand what you are referring to.

Anyway, to answer your question. How to find a device's Bluetooth address on macOS

> About This Mac > More Info... > System Report... > Hardware > Bluetooth

Under the Hardware tab of System Information you'll see the Bluetooth section, in there you'll find the address of all Bluetooth devices that you have paired with this Mac, unless they have been forgotten.
