Blinking of wallpaper
My iPhone wallpaper is blinking when I turn on the phone , it’s changing its colour that looks disgusting. How to turn it off ?

It sounds like your home screen is blinking and the color is changing. Check that you have updated with the most recent performance fixes. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness and check whether True Tone is enabled.
True Tone will allow the display color and intensity based on lighting conditions. You can read about it in Adjust the brightness and color temperature on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
