How do I hand up the phone when finished my call

I have a new iPhone 14, I don’t seam to be able to hang up the calls, I had to ask my caller to hang it up.

this is important as I am disabled suffering from MS I need an easy way to hang up. It’s not nice to have individuals shout down the phone we are connected and not be able to hang up. Please tell me how? Thanks

Please refer to the "Apple recommended" response by sberman in how to end call with iphone 11 button which states:

Tap. On the screen to make the red button visible. Then tap the red button.
If you’re using a different app while on the call, tap the green bar on top of the screen, then proceed as in 3a above.
